[Feature] Auto-Downloader for Nautica in Multiplayer

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I typically play USC with a friend of mine, and other then for the official charts we downloaded, every time we find a Nautica song, or an official song that's missing it's lower difficulty charts, it ticks me off

Describe the solution you'd like
When a chart is downloaded, I'd imagine it has a "code" assigned to it, so when a host picks a song and clients don't have the song, the host should throw this code to the clients, and it'll prompt players with a function to download using Nautica.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I have not considered alternatives, Downloading the entire Nautica website worth of songs would ruin their internet connection.

It's unlikely that this feature will be added to this version of the game. However since the rewrite I'm doing at https://github.com/Drewol/kson-rs already has the ability to play songs directly from Nautica it would likely be a feature in that version when multiplayer is added to it.
