I'm getting the same error. I'm on Magento 2.2.5

@conflicker and @rafiqeladli upload Eadesigndev_Core from repository before install City_Dropdown and dont change anything.

When I am clicking on go to import city button from manage city then it is redirecting me to dashboard.

Go to etc/adminhtml/menu.xml in admin and replace parent like this "parent="Magento_Backend::content_elements"/>"
