Downloading should also download children #23

When downloading an element that has children they should be downloaded as well. For example:

Areas: Download Area, all the zones inside, and all the sectors inside each zone.
Zones: Download Zone, and all the sectors inside the zone.
Sectors: Download only the sector requested.

Note that downloading still means copying from cache to permanent.
