Add a way to highlight bones or attachments associated with selected keys

Currently, key selection in Dopesheet or Graph view has no effect on the viewport, but in complex skeletons it may be easier to see the relevance if bones and attachments are highlighted in the viewport when keys are selected. Conversely, when multiple keys are selected, the highlighting can be distracting and make the viewport difficult to see, so perhaps an option or hotkey should be available to enable this.
