显卡、内存、CPU，最低配置是什么？

我们用2080Ti跑的配置应该已经够低了，大概10G的显存就行了（1080Ti也可以），CPU和内存需求不大，正常配置就行。

我想问下，我这里只有3张8G的卡，可以进行预测吗？还是必须单卡大于10G

请问下，torch用的是哪个版本，cuda必须用11吗。我这cuda10装不上peft。。。

@deepthman readme有写torch用的1.13，cuda和torch对应就行了
