Support for PDF import missing

FreeCAD is expected to have PDF import as an image available - Import_Export.
This thread shows that it is missing in recent dev versions under Windows.
This thread suggests that it uses Qt plugin that needs to be included.
It is not included in latest LibPack (1.0.0_3.0.0) so the VS build does not support importing PDF as an image.

This is due to a problem with my local build system: if you create the LibPack yourself and ensure that your local Qt installation has QtPDF in it, your LibPack should work. I will reinstall Qt and recreate the LibPack release with that missing file.
