Require workbench addons to announce version number when FreeCAD is loaded #210

IMHO when booting FreeCAD this is useful to see Assembly4 workbench (v0.11.10) loaded
I think we should make this standard for

$ freecad-ppd.freecad 
FreeCAD 0.20, Libs: 0.20R28186 (Git)
