Could you try to run the R code in the Couple2Modflow folder?
The data is in this HydroShare resource
A lot of libraries have become outdated and some functions have become deprecated.

You need to grant me permission to view/edit in that HS resource. I'll give you a quick assessment after that.

GIS files the latest version. The model results attached in the shapefile table should probably be removed because there is no model information connected with the metadata.

SW output for the list of 38 drainages -

To do:

  • Update deprecated code to run R code on HydroShare R kernal

  • Rerun WMon and WMoff with 38 basins

  • change code to calculate the return flows.

  • Figure out upwelling without changing the Fortran code (which I am hesitant to do). What will happen if wedon't have upwelling?

  • Output annual values for:

      +groundwater pumping
    
      +surface withdrawals
    
      +recharge
    
      +artificial drainage
    
      +upwelling
    
      +groundwater return flow
    
      +surface water return flow
