Missing dependencies and gdal problem #13

The conda installation of ogh is running into version control conflicts between fiona and libgdal. Need to run the downgrading operation below. The dependencies are also missing the basemap-data-hires conda package.

conda install -c conda-forge fiona "libgdal<2.0" basemap-data-hires
