Make a Sand Hills version of NewMexico_Observatory_GridMet.ipynb using SandHills shapefile on HydroShare.
Make a new HydroShare composite resource with the SandHills_Observatory_GridMet.ipynb [Be careful of 3000+ grid node limit for saving daily data. ]
Get code review on ipynb from Christina, Jim, Erkan who can test by running on HydroSHare.
Make a Sand Hills version of NewMexico_Observatory_GridMet.ipynb using SandHills shapefile on HydroShare.
Use SandHills climate output as an input to Sai's ecohydrology model using Reuse_ecohydrology_gridhydromet.ipynb. Make a new version.
Meeting Figure out the most efficient way to get to the end goal with extra coding needed by October. Get code review on ipynb from Christina, Jim, Erkan who can test by running on HydroSHare. Make sure new additions with Landlab I/O functions are used in the Sand Hills version. Make a design strategy for importing PRISM data.
Make new OGH function to scrape and process PRISM or CHIRPS as with Livneh data.
Import PRISM data into a Landlab grid and make into a model input.
Extend Livneh or WRF data to 2017
Use CHIRPS data?? Monthly or Annual would be OK for her data.
Replace Sai's model with Chongli's model
Analyze results of Chongli's vegetation model using Livneh data 1981-2011 as a proof of concept
Meeting Outline Paper with results with Chongli's model + ***climate data 1981- 2017. Write paper. Share with the world.
Future work after October - add future climate data to model and OGH
Optional future papers: Compare Chongli's model with future climate data
Optional future papers: Compare Chongli's model with Livneh, WRF, PRISM, CHIRPS to understand sensitivity in Sand Hills.
Optional future papers: Compare Chongli's model with Sai's model in Sand Hills.
