Context of presentation:

  1. Describe project scope, schedule, and budget
  2. Describe data sharing agreement
  3. Leverages PREEVENTS
  4. Describe collaboration between CEE/CIG/SLC
  5. Display the project team and roles
  6. Future expansion of this initial project next year

@RondaStrauch Add link to the Hydroshare resource and add to https://figshare.com and get it's own DOI. I think having an early version is good enough as a project introduction.
