Bug Report: Missing CONTRIBUTOR.md

In README, the link that will redirect users to the CONTRIBUTOR.md is 404 because the file does not exist

Does anyone know what this was supposed to be? There is already a guide on building the game, as well as a guide on code styling.
Should the reference to this file be removed and instead replaced with a reference to CODESTYLE.md?

But it could probably indicate the do and don'ts when making an new issue or PR and other stuff I can't think of right now.

However I doubt many people would read it anyway.

It's been in this constant limbo of not being clearly defined nor fully necessary for this repository to function, so no one's proposed a version to fill in the gap
