Enhancement: General thoughts on hotkeys for chart editor

What is your suggestion, and why should it be implemented?

There should be hot keys for opening certain windows on the chart editor, such as events or notes which are windows that would probably get opened pretty often, so i'd be nice not to have to drag your mouse too much to open them, i'd be much quicker

Also rebindable hotkeys for the editor, i'd be pretty nice

Also the scroll hotkeys don't really work right now, that should be fixed!!
I also wish there was a way to change the length of placed notes, so you don't have to stretch them before placing them, you could just select them and press a certain key to make them longer, such as Q to stretch or E to de-stretch
