Enhancement: Add Issue Area Labels

Please check for duplicates or similar issues before creating this issue.

What is your suggestion, and why should it be implemented?

I think that we should add labels for the area an issue is related to. For example, an issue related to rendering could be given a label such as: "area-rendering". If implement would be useful when looking for issues or pull requests. Especially in an area that you are familiar with and could give useful feedback.

Please suggest any areas you think would make sense.

More labels could be great if done well!

As of now, Eric seems to be assigning labels related to the chart editor and others listed below:

Slightly unrelated, but it would be great if the label descriptions were also updated to be slightly more... "generic"? Or at least in a way that makes them seem less biased.
