Issue Checklist

  • I have properly named the issue
  • I have checked the issues/discussions pages to see if the issue has been previously reported

What platform are you using?

Itch.io (Downloadable Build) - Windows

If you are playing on a browser, which one are you using?

None

Version

0.5.0

Context (Provide screenshots or videos of the crash happening)

First of all, the game is just very slow in the menus on startup for some reason, but I'll excuse that as it's just be my pc (even though i haven't been experiencing any slowdowns until 0.4.1)
https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/efa3923d-3b65-4044-a841-5d4aff63ca44

now, booting into ANY bf song just loops the first second of the song endlessly until i either pause and leave or blueball myself
https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/28009450-90e4-4c4c-b4a3-eb72a401f24e

and for pico, booting into any song with him gives the image below, before freezing until windows says the program isn't responding
image

It might just be beacuse i have this fuckass gpu no one has ever heard of (mx450) but ive updated all of my drivers and regular windows stuff but I'm not able to play any song.

Steps to reproduce

for bf just go into any song
same with pico

same here but the only weird thing about my pc is that it's a decade old, other than that it's literally just some random intel hd that worked back in 0.4.0
