There's a bug in gluufederation/wrends:4.2.0_01 where Serf uses short hostname instead of FQDN which will make incorrect LDAP peers detection.
We need to upgrade the image to gluufederation/wrends:4.2.0_02 or gluufederation/wrends:4.2.1_dev.
