Missing Casa entry in persistence

Using gluufederation/persistence:4.2.0_01 and gluufederation/casa:4.2.0_01 ended up error in person_authentication/casa and client_registration/casa custom scripts. The issue was caused by missing entry in persistence required by those custom scripts. Apparently, the entry is loaded by Casa container, but it's too late when custom scripts are triggered.

Workaround:

upgrade to gluufederation/persistence:4.2.0_02
upgrade to gluufederation/casa:4.2.0_02
Alternatively, the gluufederation/persistence:4.2.1_dev and gluufederation/casa:4.2.1_dev images contain patches for this issue.
