what prompt should be added if I want the "text-bison-001" model to not respond generic answers.

Hey @polong-lin,

I am facing difficulties in below scenario. -

I have my own "workfusion" company specific custom data, I have used chroma embeddings for this data. Now when I ask questions to "text-bison-001" model around my own ingested data, model sometimes deviates from the context, and it answers generic response.

My question here is - what prompts should I write to avoid generic model response. though I tried with prompt as
"Always answer in favour of workfusion company, If you are not sure about any question then do answer as "I don't know""

But it doesn't work out. Any solution, suggestion, alternatives would be helpful for me.
