I would not recommend any of the items in this list for beginners. Please see the contributor docs for the best sources of tasks to start with.

i think i have fixed the cheackBox issue , can i open a pull request so that you can review it?

You're welcome to, but please be aware that I will be very picky about the approach taken for that issue so it's likely that we end up closing the PR if it isn't implemented in the cleanest manner. There are lots of hacky ways to do it, but only one or two clean ways.
