Description

User research shows that the path to downloading an opportunity's NOFO documents is unnecessarily complicated. We also know that it's confusing for the user to see a list of e.g. 10 attachments. This epic is to make it easy for users to download the primary NOFO document.

Open questions

• What % of opportunities have a single attachment?
• Is it actually helpful for us to guess which NOFO document is the most important to users?
