Admins & moderators

Here is an overview of the special capabilities for admins and moderators. Note that only admins are allowed the see the initial non-anonymous version of the application.

##A. Add Reviewers From the settings panel on the right, admins and moderators can navigate to this page and add a new reviewer (or other user/role). The new user will receive an e-mail with login instructions.

##B. Admin Tools Allow the admin and moderator to reject an application, set an application to inactive (for instance after an applicant indicates they dropped out), or email the applicant outside of the normal email stage of the process.

##C. Move Application Applications usually move along with the process, but occasionally you want to be able to skip a few stages or go back. This menu makes that possible!
