Seems ridiculous to work in Word docs for the User Persona documents. Might be just as easy to write them in Markdown with a little bit of simple bootstrap layout, e.g.

<div class="row">
<div class="columns-4">
![](profile.png")
</div>
...
</div>

Or maybe that just feels complicated?
