[FR] diacritics only from selected languages

Having too many diacritics from language that one doesn't use makes the selection process more difficult.

Diacritics only from selected languages should be displayed

Use case
If ones enables multilanguage typing (settings->languages: enable Polish and then add to it "multilanguage" English and Spanish) then only special characters / diacritics from those languages should be enabled. Right now I have all sorts of funny diacritics, including ß (which I don't use at all as I don't know german and don't write it... like never ever) or ë, è, é, and ê or even ç…

PS. Congrats on 2.0 release, after upgrade I dumped the old SwiftKey 7.x I've been keeping as the predictions are again "magic" <3
