I did sensitivity study and a lot of iterations so the conclusion is
Conductivity max can be = thickness * 200
so if I have a material thickness = 1mm max can be 200 W/mK
if I have 4mm max can be 800
this should always work sometimes we can push 205, 208
but 200 is safe...
if you want you can add to validation or this is just for us good to know :)
in my case, I have conductivity 999W/mK I need to have min 5mm in order to get it working in OpenStudio
