I installed the mailplane cask some time ago and it ended up in /opt/homebrew-cask/Caskroom/mailplane/3.0_755. Since then Mailplane's built-in auto-update kicked in so that now the version there is 3.1.0. (And due to #316 cask no longer thinks it's installed.) Shouldn't the mailplane cask use the <CASKROOM_DIR>/<CASK_NAME>/latest scheme like e.g. firefox since it auto-updates?

The version number is based more on the URL and less on the capabilities of the application. So if we are able to use a link that downloads the latest version, we name it as such
