Automatically append breakline at end of file when upload file #1300

VSCode Version: 1.93.0
OS Version: Mac OS 14.6.1 (23G93)

Steps to Reproduce:

Put file to s3 by presigned url

# @name 
PUT {{presignedUrl}}
Content-Type: application/octet-stream

< ./9543.jpg

Compare the file in local and the file on s3, I see the file on s3 has break line but no in local
