Describe the bug
even though we can see a bottom bar at the testimonials section, it is not scrollable

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to landing page
scroll down
Go to testimonials section
we can see the cards at the right are not scrollable

Expected behavior
it should be scrollable so that other testimonials can also be seen
