We have some classes in a separate package "Orphans" in the Harmonized Model. These are classes that have been referred to in standards, but are not defined in any specific standard. Some of them may be candidates for the registry of common classes.

A package has been prepared for this in ISO/FDIS 19103. Further management is out of scope of 19103.
