Incorrect URL while creating a dashlet

Describe the bug

The first try to build a dahshlet will generate an incomplete URL.

To Reproduce

Build a view under the overview menu:

Then click on Add to Dashboard.

The represented URL is incomplete. It will also be transferred to the dashboard incompletely.

If you want to get the URL correctly, go back and click Add to Dashboard again. Then the URL is transferred correctly.

You can also get the right URL if you refresh the page before clicking on Add to dashboard for the first time, then click on Add to Dashboard.
