Cascading combo sample has extra rows causing issues

1.Open https://staging.infragistics.com/products/ignite-ui-react/react/components/grids/grid/cascading-combos#angular-grid-with-cascading-combos-sample-overview
2. Set combos for a row
3. Scroll the grid

Even though there is only a limit amount of values to be set there are a lot of rows and due to sample implementation scrolling results in editors repeating down. The data should be set similar to other platforms with only 3 rows for example
