When opening playlists, PipePipe caches all videos before showing them to the user. This takes a bit of time for large playlists (> 1k videos). Perhaps an option to show only the first N items would be interesting for use cases where we just want to check the latest additions to playlists (this could be optional, it is good to have an option to show all videos). The list could be updated as the user scrolls down. As an example, this is the default behavior of the Tubular app.
