[Bug] Audio track switches if minimizing media.ccc.de video #350

Description:
In some videos on media.ccc.de it switches the audio track from German to English, if you minimize the application.

Reproduce:

Choose media.ccc.de as platform
Start a video with multiple audio tracks
minimize the app

Used Devices:
-Motorola moto g22 with Android 12
-Samsung Galaxy A52 with Android 14

More, maybe useful stuff:
If you open the app from your tray again, it switches back to German.
