[Feature request] Add support of Sponsor Block in Bilibili videos

** Description**

As the original Sponsor Block extension could only be used in the YouTube videos, there's also an extension called BilibiliSponsorBlock which is developed to skip the sponsored segments in bilibili. This extension is ported from the original SponsorBlock.

If I only change the server and API address in the Sponsor Block settings interface, I will not be able to skip videos on both YouTube and Bilibili at the same time.

So, could the author consider embedding BilibiliSponsorBlock in the app or applying two different sets of server and API addresses for YouTube and Bilibili separately?
