Give access to account with Affected Group

• Steps to reproduce (which actions have you made) :

1. Create group "test"
2. Add a user to this group
3. Create a new Account
4. Set group "test" to field Affected Group

• Expected result :
  The user added to group "test" see the account and can consult the password if they know the encryption key.

• Actual result :
  The user not see the account

Did I forget something? If I add the user on Affected User field, they work fine.
