During compilation of oneapi_interface.cpp Cython module it breaks on Windows with error:

fatal error C1083: Cannot open compiler generated file: '': Invalid argument

It seems that this is Windows problem with long command line.

Try to make paths shorter via using another build folder conda build ... --croot=C:/tmp ...
