We can just snag the actual underlying OCFL filesystem and tarzip it instead of using the import / export tool. This will save a couple of steps if we're just going from Fedora 6 to Fedora 6. We'd still need to keep doing what we're currently doing for 5 -> 5 and 5 -> 6 migrations.
