Hi, I updated the installation, but still the working version is V1.7.4. Not sure if this is the latest one, if so the update download named as CO2MPAS-TA-webstamp-v1.9.0a2. I updated with pip uninstall / install procedure.

The new official release is expected on September. All intermediate releases that you see in the sources are "pre-releases" (either alphas, betas or release-candidates), and they are NOT valid for type-approvals. Hence, your don't get it from pip.

Nevertheless, if you want to beta-test the very latest, you have to use pip's --pre option.
Note also that the next release requires new depenencies. We will pack and distribute everything required in a "AllInOne" upgrade-pack.

An appropriate announcement will explain all this when we are ready to release.
