Move gql queries to separate graphql files in new apollo folder
Generate ts methods invoking these queries using https://graphql-code-generator.com/docs/plugins/typescript-vue-apollo (put documents: 'apollo/**/*.graphql' in codegen)

Currently blocked by vuejs/apollo#1029 vuejs/apollo#1136 vuejs/apollo#1093 vuejs/apollo#1081 nuxt-modules/apollo#383

Works now, but is not using nuxt apollo-module. For this, see #8.
