I've not seen any changes on this Repo but I'm working to fork this repo and have it actively maintained by my employer! Repo Fork coming soon!

Well we've just forked it internally and I've spent a bit of time refactoring it all to php 7.1 with typehints and proper return types where possible, and also updated the unit tests.

I've kept the API the same, only made it more... php7 👍

Watch this space. It will be released soon-ish. (Note, we've bumped the version up because of the php version change)

@NoelDavies any news? I need to make some tweaks myself, would rather contribute to something maintained.

Apologies for the delay @simPod! We've got a package built and it's being used in production, but as I published the package, I noticed this - https://github.com/beberlei/metrics - So we're having the internal discussion at the moment regarding to discontinue our implementation and use that one by Beberlei or continue using ours and the API provided by this package.

We've added our fork to github and are now adding this to packagist https://github.com/endclothing/prometheus_client_php
