Add a command to claim points store items

Enhancement purpose

Steam Fests and sales are constantly providing community items to claim. A command to claim these items with their specific code from points store would make it simpler to claim these items instead of manually going to points store to claim the items separately. Currently this feature is offered by other plugins, such as ASFEnhance.

Solution

Solution would involve creating a new command for ASF. The command would be used to claim free items from points store with the item codes. Command would work with single or all bots with command line !csi (claim store items) and the value of the item. Command could be used to claim other free items from the points store.

Why currently available solutions are not sufficient?

Current solution to make a command requires installing additional plugins, which while useful, may break with updates or cause other issues.
