The programme and its corresonding source is licensed under the GPL. Please see LICENSE.GNU for details.

The majority of the media (including level data, images, sounds and configuration data) are not considered as "Corresponding Source" under this license and may not be distributed. Those files can be regenerated by the end user using the scripts supplied. The relevant section of the GPL is:

"The Corresponding Source need not include anything that users
can regenerate automatically from other parts of the Corresponding
Source."

The media files are derived from Flash Jester Punk's PC game and covered by his (separate) license terms.

The official distribution of this software is that comprising the programme code and the installation scripts witthout the media. In order to comply with these licenses you are advised to convey any derivatives in a similar manner.
