Future of Twitter support

While Twitter seems to be working 75% implementation-wise (sufficient enough to ship without an experiment or barrier), news hit that Twitter is planning to block third-party clients as well as making their API paid.

The future seems grim and the question will be of what to do with Twitter within Kaiteki.

We could either...

1. support it to the bitter end,
2. go above and beyond and support the private API,
3. deprecate Twitter support and archive the code out of Kaiteki.
