This file is based on a similar file by ujjwalkarn. The pull request template is given in PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE.md.

- The pull request and commit should have a useful title, and include a motivation.
- Please search previous suggestions before making a new one, as yours may be a duplicate.
- Make sure your link has a useful and relevant title.
- Please make an individual pull request for each suggestion.
- Please check your spelling and grammar.
- Please only submit resources that are completely free to access.
- Make sure that the resource is not already included.
- Make sure the resources is added in alphabetical order and to the correct section. If you are unsure about which section to add a resource to, check if any of the existing sections contain similar resources already.
- Every new resource has to be added with the following information: The name, a short description and at least one of the following: The link to the resource and the corresponding paper (if available)
- Please use the corresponding parts of the pull request template to add the following pieces of information to your addition:
- Motivation: Why should your addition be part of the checklist, specifically: Why is it relevant? How is your addition now covered by existing points? List relevant papers if applicable.
- Feasibility: How can this addition be implemented with reasonable extra effort? Describe potential steps and potential relevant resources.
- Reflection: Briefly describe the potential positive impact of your addition, and potential drawbacks it could have.
