Is it possible to use the mod (or the tool) to crack MC seed outside MC?

I'm playing Bedrock right now, so installing mod is impossible. Can I use some way to enter the coordinates into a standalone version of this mod (if it exists) or into my friend's modded client?
(assume that I can find the right coordinates for needed structures and blocks.)
