Seedcracker not showing xray outlines of structures on 1.20.1 server

I turned on the seedcracker and set the structure outline to xray mode. when I went into the server, I saw a shipwreck but it was not outlined. I then closed my game and delete all of the seedcrackerx configs and data and relaunched the game. this issue still occured. help please
