Deferred pour does not have time recorded with it.

My tablet lost connectivity for awhile due to a faulty wifi access point. When connectivity resumed, it sent any pours it had queued up. However, the time stamp of the pour was the submit time, and no the actual pour time. The tablet should record the pour time, and send that to the server. This is build 51.
