Add Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4 as requirement #162

I just made a clean install of windows 11 and wiinusoft was not finding my wiiu pro controller but after trying to run manually C:\Program Files\WiinUSoft\SCP_Driver\Win64\SCPUser.exe it showed the error msvcr100.dll is missing. I just installed Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4 and it was fixed and everyting works now. Please add to the description for people to install that as a requirement

Thanks for the info. Once version 1.0 is finished, I will also update the application to be more suitable for Windows 11.
