Add sweep standard library function to KCL

This feature is currently being developed within the engine at time of issue creation. This issue will remain blocked until that work is complete.

We need a KCL code representation of a sweep operation once it is available in the engine. A sweep takes two or more closed profiles and a path between them to create a new solid body. See #498 for more information.
