Describe the bug

When you start a sketch, the axis rotate at an odd angle rather than defaulting to vertical and horizontal. It does not happen if you already have your view normal to the sketch plane.

*Note: it does not actually change the x, y, and z direction, only what is displayed to the user.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Select Start Sketch
  2. Rotate to an angled viewpoint
  3. Select any plane
Without touching anything, the axis will move out of alignment on their own

Expected Behavior

I expected that the when starting a new sketch, the axis would point vertical and horizontal. For example, when starting a sketch on the XZ plane. The Z axis should default to orienting vertical and the X axis should point to the right or left.

Additional Context

The change in angle is dependent upon what your viewpoint was when starting the sketch and repeatable.
