Home Assistant 2024.8 added support for "model_id" with the specific intend of removing model numbers from the human-readable model string.

Add hw_version while at it.

This breaks older HA installations. HA is not forgiving when extra keys (model_id) are in the JSON. I had to upgrade zigbee2mqtt because of a new device which was not yet supported, and all zigbee devices stopped working. Updating HA is posible for me at the moment.
